  • FAQs

    • Q: After clicking submit, the form takes me back to the beginning. Is it supposed to do that?

      • A: Yes! This is to help improve efficiencies.

    • Q: What if I'm not sure if I submitted a form for a patient?

      • A: You may resubmit and we will account for any duplicates.

    • Q: Is there any way to find my pharmacy faster than scrolling the pharmacy list?

      • A: Yes! Begin typing the pharmacy's name and it will go directly to the pharmacy.

    • Q: Will I have to continue documenting in this form for each patient?

      • A: This is a temporary solution as CPESN USA works with 18 Technology Partners (Pharmacy Management Systems and Medical Billing Intermediaries), which will allow you to no longer have to document utilizing this form. The timeline varies per technology partners and we are working diligently with the Technology Partners to determine the timeline. We anticipate no more than 2-4 more weeks as of 2/14/21, but it will be dependent upon Technology Partner adoption.

Flip the Pharmacy is a five-year pharmacy transformation program aiming to re-work community-based pharmacy practice beyond filling prescriptions and toward an ongoing focus on a patient’s health (or more officially, beyond point-in-time, prescription-level transactional models toward longitudinal and patient-level care processes and value-based models).  Learn more at http://www.flipthepharmacy.com.
